Business Development Manager

We are looking for a new BDM to join our sales team. As the face of the company, you will engage new prospects to understand their Building Facilities service’s needs. Your customers will be Commercial Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Owners, Building Mangers, Office Manager, Company Management and Asset Managers who are looking to get best facilities leaning and maintenance services for their buildings and offices they manage and maintaining the service standards for of those who occupy them.

Job Qualifications

How you will do it

  • To ensure that all sales budgets and targets are met and exceeded.
  • To ensure that all quotes are estimated and presented to a high standard, complying at all times with current New Zealand Standards and legislative requirements and Company standards in regard to layout and content of presentations.
  • To ensure that all quotes have the required profit margin.
  • Actively promote all aspects of the TIL business when the opportunity arises.
  • Personally, ensure that all new developments in the market are kept abreast of opportunities.
  • Complete in a timely manner all daily/weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting requirements.
  • To ensure the highest ethical, technical, and business standards are maintained in all activities.
