Customer Relations Manager

The CRM is required to oversee the needs of multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, to enable the delivery of the requirements of the role and deliver the operational and customer service objectives to achieve organisational goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Service industry operations background preferred
  • Sales background or grounding
  • Cleaning industry experience is not essential but would be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Peoples Skill is essential

Job Requirements

As the CRM, you will be requiring regular national travel from time to time. The role is based in our Head Office at Mt Roskill, Auckland, and reports to the National Manager.

  • Relationship management – creating stickiness thorough value build
  • Client retention – positively navigating customer relationships and needs
  • Auditing and compliance background would be preferable
  • Must be fluent in excel and outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate
