TIL has constructed four slabs including plumbing and drainage works for the following development site in  Waterview,  Papatoetoe and Hutt Road. Approximately 54 complete slabs Auckland wide.

Environmental Sustainability

— Auckland Transport – Road Corridor Maintenance / Upgrade / Renewal contracts. (Work areas: Central, Central East, Central West)

Project Overview

Civil infrastructure works: including upgrade, renewals, capital projects, general civil earthworks, drainage upgrade works, retaining walls. Refined construction methodologies have been deployed on these contracts to recycle timber, fixings, aggregates, topsoil, separate concrete items on site for recycling, waste recycling and onsite training for new team members to understand recycling processes.  The team has carried out this work in Auckland Transport Road Corridor maintenance contract for the last 15 years

Subdivision and Development

– Alford Street & Saxon Street (14 lots), Water View. Avondale, and Papatoetoe Cluster (5 Sites, 10 lots ,  Hutt Road (30 units) Manurewa.)

Project Overview

TIL carried out the EPA works on the new subdivisions for new dwellings. Bulk earthworks, cut and removal of excess material. Installation of Public Wastewater and stormwater drainage. Timber and blockwork retaining walls. Complete subdivision solution

Underground Utilities

– Tamaki Drive cycleway and Northern Network Transportation (NNTP) Project (Auckland Airport)

Project Overview

TIL has undertaken extensive underground utilities upgrade, relocation and renewal works. Underground utility services, diversion trenching work and installation of ducting, relocation of existing and constructing new, for power, telecommunication, water, gas and communication ducts.

Carparks – Public Reserves and Playgrounds

– Waiau Pa

Project Overview

Auckland Council parks and reserves services:  full car park upgrade work, civil earthworks,  including stormwater drainage system, asphalting, and associated security gates, and signages.

Streetscape

– Northern Network Transportation Project Airport (NNTP)

Project Overview

TIL was subcontractor partners to deliver all  concrete works for this project,  to upgrade/new  footpaths, cast in-situ kerb and channel works, footpaths, vehicle crossings and cycleways. Along with necessary earthworks and stormwater drainage. Including kerbs, traffic islands, carpark areas and road safety works.

Telecommunications

– UFB Vision-stream /Ventia Auckland Area wide contract

Project Overview

This team has extensive experience in Fiber telecommunications network, construction of new network underground and above ground, providing full civil services and fiber technical installation i.e. installation of telecommunication ducts, cables, service chambers, ABFATs. Full fiber installations to residential (NGA) and commercial premises (MDU). 

Drainage Works

– Tamaki Drive Pedestrian Walkway Upgrade & Cycleway, Tamaki Dr, Orake

Project Overview

TIL Contract work involved upgrading the Stormwater drainage system within the 4km work Zone. All manholes, cesspits, and pipework upgraded to new standards replaced with better marine grade drainage component system

Concrete Cutting and Drilling

Project Overview

Full concrete and asphalt cutting services. Expansions joints, architectural surface joints, core drilling. (Full concrete slurry collection- suction truck)

Commercial Civil Works

– Franklin Private Hospital Pukekohe

Project Overview

General civil site works and civil structures. Including earthworks, structural fill (basecourse), stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer drainage, concrete and timber retaining restructures, carpark formation and asphalt surface, in-situ kerb and channel work, walkways and drain channel. Commercial concrete accessway and carpark.

Airport Maintenance

– Auckland Airport General Maintenance and Civil Works

Project Overview

TIL has undertaken various emergency repairs, renewal, and maintenance for inside the airport complex and outdoor areas, including taxiway, steel barriers, general civil works, asphalt works, concrete repairs, drainage, and structural repair works to various facility buildings. Routine maintenance work for all stormwater drainage systems.

Footpath, Kerb & Channel & Drainage Works

– Auckland Transport Contract –Road Corridor Maintenance (RCM) – Central, Central East and Central West.

Project Overview

Contract mainly involves capital and renewal projects, upgrading footpath, kerb and channel, subsoil drainage and stormwater drainage system upgrades and renewal, road repairs and rehabilitation work, road dig outs, road realignments, utility realignment and diversions, retaining walls, bridge repair works, concrete works, asphalting works, carparks, road safety and improvement work and all associated civil road work.

Road & Shoulder Widening

– Beach Rd

Project Overview

Estimated 2km of road full width, road rehabilitation works, civil earthworks, all enabling works ( kerb and channel, footpaths, drainage works), road dig out, supply and lay 150 thick unreinforced slab as road subbase. Road safety works.
